1oz (30ml) of Martini Rossa.
2 oz (60ml) of Natterjack Irish Whiskey.
Angostura bitters.
Luxardo cherries.
Add the Martini Rossa & Natterjack Irish Whiskey into a vessel.
Throw in a few drops of Angostura bitters.
Put ICE inside your vessel!
Give it a stir until it goes cold.
Serve it up in a cold Martini glass.
And serve with some Luxardo cherries.

How to Make an Irish Coffee with Whiskey

1 oz (30ml) brown sugar syrup.
2 oz (60ml) Natterjack Irish Whiskey.
3 drops of angostura bitters.
Orange peel.
Pour the sugar syrup and Natterjack Irish Whiskey into a glass with ice.
Fire in the angostura bitters.
Stir.
Add to a fresh glass with ice.
Add the zest/peel.
Enjoy!

4oz (120ml) strong black coffee
Some freshly whipped cream
Pre-heat your glass
Add sugar
Add Natterjack
Add coffee
Give that a stir
Pour in freshly whipped cream over a hot spoon
Throw in a flake

Camomile tea brewed with a few cloves
15ml of lemon juice
Cinnamon stick
A lemon wedge
Heat the glass with boiling water.
Chuck it with abandon.
Add the honey, camomile tea, and Natterjack.
Stir, then add the cinnamon stick and a lemon wedge.
