1 oz (30ml) brown sugar syrup.
2 oz (60ml) Natterjack Irish Whiskey.
3 drops of angostura bitters.
Pour the sugar syrup and Natterjack Irish Whiskey into a glass with ice.
Fire in the angostura bitters.
Add to a fresh glass with ice.
Add the zest/peel.
